Love Is For Suckers Episodes 13 & 14 R KDRAMA

It’s a huge disservice to this goddess. Cut back to the scene that opened this episode. Gi Tae storms into the courtroom and helps defend Jang Mi by stating that for it to be a crime of stalking, the victim must clearly reject the actions of the perpetrator. However, Hoon Dong never once said no, he just avoided her so of course it would be natural for her to seek out the man that she was dating if he just disappeared.

thoughts on “Marriage, Not Dating Episode 13 Recap”

Love the chemistry between the leads, Han groo is really funny, only other thing I have seen her in that I can recalled was scandal and I am glad she has gotten a leading role. Tvn really churns out some surprising dramas, this and high school king of savvy has become my favourites of the week. Im on mobile data but ive rewatched the park to apartment part for three times now!!!

They both love each other and I’m glad they finally confessed. Albeit, that confession was a little weird; only a drama can make “I hate myself when I’m with you but screw it” sound kind of romantic. Jang Mi and Yeo Reum are also sitting in a café waiting to meet the blogger. Jang Mi feels bad for putting Yeo Reum through this but he assures her that she’s not the only one that likes Gi Tae. That puts a smile on her face and he tries to persuade her to be his business partner again. She declines but he’s not giving up so easily and they just have this little adorable banter.

He piques her interest when he asks if they ought to help Ki-tae without him knowing. She focuses on herself for maybe the first time ever, with a brand new haircut, a new cell phone, and a newfound determination to start over. She takes her resume all over town and meets rejection after rejection from other boutiques and department stores. She worries he’s being conned and asks what on earth he’s trusting to make this happen.

Their back-and-forth banter looked natural. “Do it. No. Do it. I can’t. Just do it.” Look at Se Ah taking one (cup of coffee) for the team. And that’s the Hyun Hee we saw in episode 2 who stood up https://loveexamined.net for her friend against her cowardly boyfriend… That is, before she tried to bed him. I may actually end up liking these people by the end of this drama. Hallelujah, they are finally together!

Hilariously though, Ki-tae does say he likes how it’s easy to just say a few words to a woman and everything is fine. They find the little pond where Dad’s been spending his days fishing, but he’s not there. Jang-mi asks why Ki-tae went to see her mom in the first place, and he says he was jealous that she was getting so much affection from his mother and he wanted the same from her mom. She’s thankful that he did, since now her mom won’t have to have surgery alone.

Let’s get started

But having said that, I guess I can’t help being frustrated at the sub time. It’s only natural for many dramabeans to be so irritated at dating pacing grass the drama, seeing how we’re sub moments by the OTP because they’re just so endearing! I guess this marriage why I can’t wait to see them finally confessing their love TO each other soon. It pains me to see them not fond of each other, not yet be so not for not being able to confess at the same time given their dramabeans situation. Crying to each other about how their lives dating was epic and it would of been sub weirder if jm didn’t get fired so marriage they kept thay realistic..

I squealed when he said he likes Ki-tae a lot and I found that totally sincere and believable. Jang-mi is definitely standing between them, but I’m proud of him for to allowing that to change his reluctant bromance with Ki-tae. I liked that she’s truly ready to let Ki-tae go but is willing to still be a well-wisher who’d go through extremes to get him at a better place.

He hands her a bankbook which shows a balance of over 50 million won (around $50,000) which he got from the sale of the chicken stand. She’s touched that he sold the place she hated so much, but holds onto her pride and says she’s glad she got sick, because he finally left after she was ill. He yells that he never wanted a divorce, and he’s angry that she didn’t tell him she was sick. Jang-mi wants to know what was in her dad’s postcards to make Ki-tae so sure (he previously told her it was the sweetest love letter he ever read, hee) and grabs them from him. He reclaims them and they adorably tickle-hug-wrestle for possession of the envelope.

I think he loved that she was appreciative of the work he put into making the food and understood all the different flavours he put into the food. The little interview snippets where each contestant answered what love was for them was cute though. However, I still think there’s a bit to look forward to in resolving John & Jiwan, Chae Ri’s character development
, and maybe Yoo Reum having some growth around her career.

One thing that hits me on this series is to appreciate all my loved ones for all their kinkiness, messiness and all their disorders since I for one is one…. I am still battling the tears as this show has come to an end and also the family relationships it has explored and unraveled. Han Groo was a guest on an old episode of Strong Heart where she revealed she debuted at 4 years old and talked about her boss Joo Young Hoon. Coincidentally, Han SunHwa (Kang Se Ah) was in the same episode.

Its a very mature thing to portray that a relationship takes so long to happen. (Although, I would die if that happened to me.) Usually, guests wait until after they get some alcohol in their system before they create a scene at your wedding, but nope, this was all sober. At least the busybody Gong ladies now know about Dad’s infidelity. Would it have killed Se Ah to have added “with my boyfriend/fiance/husband” to her pregnancy news, or is vague just her thing?

As of now, it’s my favorite rom-com of 2014. Any drama that puts a smile on your face and makes your heart feel full just thinking about it is an amazing drama in my book. The story surprised me with how lovely it turned out to be despite it’s shortness and Yeon Woo-jin is wonderful in it.
